Terms of service
Legal documents are provided in English as the governing language. Effective date: 18 August 2026. Contact: contact@itszapp.com.
1. The Service and beta status
zapp finance is a household finance planning tool provided by ItsZapp. The Service is in beta: features may change, break, or be removed, and data structures may migrate. While we take care with your data, you accept that a beta service may contain defects and you should keep independent records of financial information you cannot afford to lose.
2. Not financial, tax, or legal advice
All figures, including salary, tax, interest, and payoff estimates, are planning estimates only. They are not payroll, accounting, tax, or investment advice, and must not be relied on as such. Verify important figures with official sources or a qualified professional.
3. Accounts and acceptable use
Accounts are personal and created by invitation. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account. You agree not to attempt to access other users' data, probe or disrupt the Service, or use it for unlawful purposes. We may suspend accounts that endanger the Service or other users.
4. Your data
You retain all rights to the data you enter. We process it only to provide the Service, as described in the Privacy notice. You can request deletion at any time via contact@itszapp.com.
5. Availability and liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, during the beta period. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ItsZapp's total liability arising from the Service is limited to 50 EUR, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for decisions made based on planning estimates. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for intent or gross negligence.
6. Termination
You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time. We may terminate the beta or individual access with reasonable notice where practicable.
7. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. These terms are governed by Dutch law, with mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence unaffected. Disputes go to the competent court of the operator's residence unless mandatory law provides otherwise. The English version is authoritative.
